| Shanti translates from Sanskrit text to mean the true word of peace. Bringing the members of the company “Shanti” in there dancing from the Classical Oriental style to the more modern flares of fusion. Established in 2006 by company artistic director Cynthia Schankin. Members explore and deepen there appreciation of this Raks Sharki Art through performances, special event shows and through their daily dedication and love for practice. |
